Sales Coordinator

Gravie

• Help support and grow overall conversion goals through cross-territory prospecting and setting meetings for all BSMs/ISMs and helping to build a territory. • Assist with prospecting through email and phone outreach • Submit proposal and contract requests on behalf of assigned Gravie Broker Sales Managers. • Interface directly with external broker staff to gather all necessary materials required during the quoting and contracting process. • Ensure quoting materials are complete and stored correctly in shared company folders. • Work with the Revenue Operations and Underwriting teams to prioritize rushed requests and ensure critical deadlines are met. • Enter sales contacts, accounts and opportunities in Salesforce. • Prepare and proofread presentations and sales communications. • Attend and take notes in sales meetings. • Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners. • Take an active role in helping BSMs and ISMs identify conference, convention, and sponsorship opportunities, as well as facilitate the setup, recruit brokers for attendance, and any other tasks associated with them. • Assist with sales research and requests as needed. • Actively follow up on incoming leads via email and phone calls to drive pipeline generation. • Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. • Assist and organize pipeline and understand where quotes are in the quoting process to ensure on time delivery.
