Solutions Consultant
LoanPro
• Communicate "Art of the Possible ": Design and deliver visionary demonstrations that push the boundaries of modern lending, showing prospects a future they didn't know was achievable, solving their business problems simply and efficiently. • Discover business challenges: Lead the discovery process to uncover deep business pain points. You don’t just show what LoanPro does; you prove what LoanPro solves. • Earn Trusted Advisor status: Build high-latitude relationships with C-suite stakeholders and technical evaluators. You are the steady hand that advises them through their digital transformation journey. • Deliver insights and Communicate Value : Show prospects how they can improve their business performance with LoanPro’s software. Build robust, data-driven business cases that quantify the value of switching to LoanPro, focusing on revenue growth, cost-to-serve reduction, and efficiency gains. • Architect Solutions: Create high-fidelity technical diagrams and workflows that illustrate how LoanPro integrates into a prospect’s existing ecosystem. • Collaborate across the GTM unit : Serve as a core member of the business unit, providing strategy guidance to Sales leadership and feedback to Product and Marketing to ensure our roadmap and messaging stay ahead of the market.
Job Requirements
- Experience with demonstrating complex enterprise software in a sales cycle to a mixed audience including C-level executives.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, including the lending lifecycle of origination, underwriting, servicing, collections, payments, and loan operations.
- Developed product expertise in an enterprise software package
- Experience with banking industry software applications
- 4+ years prior experience in a solutions consulting role within the enterprise application space.
- A Bachelors degree in finance, engineering, or other technical discipline; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent working knowledge of presentation, documentation, and spreadsheet analysis tools, as well as technology to demonstrate software.
- Preferred but not required: Prior experience at a lending technology, loan origination/servicing software, or core banking vendor.
- Familiarity with key fintech platforms and their competitive positioning (e.g., nCino, Finastra, FIS, FiServ, LoanPro, Nortridge, or similar).
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales qualification frameworks.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where the playbook is still being written.
