• Lead client discovery sessions, solutioning workshops, and executive briefings focused on AI for BizApps and industry-specific processes. • Design and deliver high-impact demos showcasing: Default (OOTB) D365 F&O and CE agents, Agent 365 capabilities, Copilot experiences embedded in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, End-to-end AI scenarios across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Robotics. • Partner with sales teams to create AI solution narratives, proposals, value propositions, and business cases. • Support RFPs/RFIs, PoC design, and technical-functional solution storytelling for AI-driven transformation programs. • Lead functional architecture for AI-enabled business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Robotics & Industrial Automation. • Map current-state processes and define future-state AI-augmented workflows leveraging D365 F&O/CE and non-Microsoft platforms. • Shape solution designs that include MCP server deployments to securely connect AI agents with enterprise systems, tools, and data sources. • Act as a trusted functional AI advisor to business leaders and process owners.

• Lead end-to-end architecture of SAP Cloud ERP (especially SAP S/4HANA Cloud) landscapes, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned designs. • Drive best-in-class integration strategies for hybrid cloud/on-premise and multi-system landscapes. • Advocate clean-core, extensibility and SAP Activate-based implementation frameworks aligned with customer goals. • Provide architectural thought-leadership in workshops, demos, and executive briefings. • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and IT leadership during discovery and solutioning phases. • Lead high-impact pre-sales engagements – from discovery, solution crafting, demos, to proposal close. • Communicate complex SAP Cloud value propositions in simple, compelling terms. • Serve as the face of the company at major SAP events, client briefings, and industry conferences – comfortable on stage and in executive rooms. • Work closely with sales leadership to identify key opportunities and build winning GTM plays. • Coach and mentor delivery and sales teams on SAP Cloud ERP capabilities, differentiators, and customer value drivers. • Collaborate with product and engineering partners to influence roadmap and capabilities aligned to market demand. • Stay ahead of emerging SAP innovations, including AI, SAP Business Technology Platform, Generative AI enhancements and related digital transformation levers. • Translate business challenges into transformative cloud solution approaches that drive measurable outcomes.
