Senior Partner Manager – Fitness

• Manage and grow relationships of participating fitness locations within Tivity’s Medicare and commercial networks • Serve as the primary commercial contact for partner locations, ensuring partners understand program value, remain engaged in the network and expand their participation • Drive retention, partner satisfaction, and network growth by acting as a trusted advisor to partners and aligning their business goals with Tivity’s programs • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, executives, operators, and regional leaders across the partner network • Drive partner retention and engagement through proactive outreach and business reviews • Identify opportunities to expand partner participation across additional locations or services • Analyze partner performance metrics (utilization, CpV, AVPP, revenue) and recommend growth and retention • Act as the voice of the partner within Tivity, by collaborating with operations, product, support, sales and client relations teams • Support partner marketing and promotional initiatives to increase program adoption • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics affecting Tivity programs and partner businesses • Supports other initiatives, projects and activities related to the partner network’s business objectives

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
  • Experience working with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks preferred
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Health or related field) or equivalent experience
