Director, Growth Partnerships

DEPT®

• Lead net-new pitch process including building pitch timelines, writing pitch briefings, setting pitch win strategies, contributing content for new client proposals and tender documents • Craft and own detailed responses for net-new pitches, including RFIs, procurement processes, and collaborating with legal and finance teams in accordance with the pitch process • Contribute to the ongoing business development activities including networking with top executives within partner organizations, account mapping and go-to-market execution, attending conferences and supporting the business development team in outreach to existing or potential clients • Support the sales process, including qualification strategy, win strategy, pitch casting, usability and best practices in order to better win and deliver for clients, and enhance the DEPT® customer experience • Develop executive level relationships with partners and clients that position DEPT® as a strategic partner for current and future project / account work • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that DEPT®’s differentiated positioning comes to life through case studies, PR, thought leadership content and other marketing material • Travel and attend relevant events to build relationships and generate pipeline with key partners • Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated success working within or alongside major partner ecosystems, preferably Adobe
  • Experience selling agency services across a range of industries and verticals
  • Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, & engineering
  • Ability to execute go-to-market initiatives and business development in partner events, roundtables, and field activities to build relationships, increase visibility, and surface new opportunities
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their growth needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Experienced in building relationships with C-suite executives (CTOs, CMOs, and CIOs) and business decision-makers
  • A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions
