• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). • Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and ensure performance optimization. • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions. • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
  • Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Prior federal government experience supporting or implementing CRM solutions.
  • Experience working with the VA or other federal agencies.
  • Active or the ability to obtain a government clearance.
  • Background in data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) and DevOps practices.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
