• Outbound Sales Calls: Make 60+ outbound sales calls per day to customers who have shown interest in the twiist device, explaining product benefits and how twiist compares to competitors. • Inbound Call Management: Manage incoming queue calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information about products and services. • Transition qualified leads to appropriate sales team members and provide lead context for a smooth transition. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). • Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager and marketing to follow up on campaigns and events and share lead insights. • Provide timely and professional responses to general product inquiries. • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and lead conversion goals. • Build a strong understanding of Sequel’s product offering and value proposition. • Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve diabetes knowledge, sales skills, and product expertise.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or healthcare outreach role. Previous inside sales or call center experience is a plus.

This role will be critical in turning our marketing initiatives into coordinated campaigns that consistently generate pipeline. As Demand Generation Lead, you will work as an individual contributor to build and operate the campaign engine that drives the marketing-sourced pipeline at Haus. You’ll own the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that turn product launches, content, events, and sales plays into scalable pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Field Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and external agencies to launch coordinated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified meetings with our target accounts. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys building programs from scratch, experimenting with new approaches, and turning marketing initiatives into measurable pipeline. Responsibilities - Build and operate Haus’s integrated campaign engine across digital, lifecycle, and account-based programs. - Plan and execute integrated campaigns including report launches, webinar programs, account-based plays, field event amplification, and nurture programs. - Partner with Product Marketing and Content to turn launches and assets into full-funnel campaigns. - Coordinate with Sales and SDR teams on targeted account programs and outbound-supported campaigns. - Design and execute lifecycle programs including nurture sequences and re-engagement campaigns. - Partner with paid media agencies to brief campaigns and ensure paid programs support broader campaign goals. - Track campaign performance and optimize programs based on pipeline generation, meeting creation, and campaign ROI. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns at a B2B SaaS company. - Experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels including webinars, lifecycle, events, and digital programs. - Strong understanding of pipeline generation and how marketing contributes to revenue outcomes. - Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and supporting outbound or account-based programs. - Comfortable working in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). - Strong bias toward action and ability to execute quickly in a fast-moving environment.
