Role Description - Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients, building rapport and identifying their goals and concerns. - Clearly explain cosmetic and dental treatment options, benefits, and expected outcomes in a confident, persuasive manner. - Present treatment plans and pricing transparently while positioning value to encourage commitment. - Convert qualified leads into booked consultations and procedures through strategic follow-up and objection handling. - Maintain consistent follow-up with warm and undecided leads to maximize conversion rates. - Track lead sources, engagement status, and conversion metrics to optimize performance. - Schedule appointments efficiently while aligning with provider workflow and availability. - Document detailed consultation notes and patient interactions within the CRM/EHR system. - Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient handoff and experience. Qualifications - At least 1 year of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or treatment coordination within a U.S. dental or cosmetic setting. - Strong ability to present treatment plans and confidently discuss pricing and financing options. - Demonstrated success in converting inquiries into scheduled consultations or procedures. - Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional tone. - Experience handling high-value or cosmetic-focused patients. - Familiarity with scheduling/CRM/EHR systems (Oryx or similar preferred). - Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new systems. Requirements - Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly. - Must have relevant work experience. - Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding (mandatory). - Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed). The incumbent serves as a key operational partner to the District Manager and collaborates with the Regional Operations Fresh Specialist and Store Support Center (SSC) partners to ensure Fresh priorities are communicated clearly and executed consistently at store level within the assigned district. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. This position has multi-unit responsibility for locations in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and/or West Virginia market area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: - Support consistent execution of Fresh operational standards across all stores in the assigned district by providing hands‑on field support, coaching, and execution reinforcement. Conduct regular store visits to validate Fresh readiness and in‑store conditions, including production routines, product quality, rotation, sanitation expectations, backroom and cooler/freezer organization, and adherence to key Fresh standards. - Drive improved Fresh execution by identifying store gaps, reinforcing expectations, and partnering with store leadership to implement practical solutions. Reinforce disciplined routines and labor practices that improve productivity, support the customer experience, and reduce inefficiencies. Promote strong execution of Fresh standards that drive profitable sales and improve shrink performance. - Strengthen known loss reduction efforts by reinforcing disciplined execution of Fresh processes that impact shrink, including rotation, dating, handling, cold chain discipline, damage reduction, and consistent production standards. Support improved Purchase‑to‑Sales performance by reinforcing ordering accuracy, inventory discipline, CGO compliance, and operational behaviors that reduce unnecessary loss and improve product availability. - Reinforce consistent execution of Fresh Item Management (FIM) expectations using the platform. Partner with store leadership and store associates to ensure FIM is used as intended to guide production requirements, ordering decisions, and forecasting discipline, supporting consistent in‑stock performance while reducing loss. - Cascade district and regional operational priorities to stores with clarity and consistency, ensuring expectations are understood and executed uniformly across the district. Promote food safety, quality standards, and compliance expectations through consistent reinforcement of Fresh routines and department readiness, including compliance regarding all internal and external audit processes (e.g., food safety and operational audits). - Demonstrate and reinforce strong Fresh product and institutional knowledge. Support store teams in understanding key product attributes, item differences, seasonality, and customer expectations across Fresh areas, ensuring consistent product handling, display execution, and service standards. Reinforce training expectations related to product knowledge depth and operational consistency. - Support training and development efforts by reinforcing Fresh execution standards, routines, and expectations with store leadership and store associates.
