• Manage tax for a multinational company • Work closely with external tax service provider • Oversee and review year-end income tax provision • Prepare quarterly estimated tax provisions • Prepare tax returns including federal and state tax returns • Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries • Negotiate fees with external tax service provider • Assist with due diligence on acquisition targets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related field
  • CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of recent public accounting experience or currently working for multi-national corporate tax department
  • Experience leading Tax function of a multinational company with revenue in excess of $100M
  • Experience with sales and use tax determination and filing
  • Strong USGAAP/ ASC 740 accounting background
  • Strong technical research skills
