• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas. • Thoughtfully coaching, empowering, and engaging 12-14 diverse Kin Sales Agents in a "call-center" environment • Meeting/exceeding target performance plan and objective standards for our agents • Providing data reporting, analysis, and tracking of team sales performance and individual Agent performance • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to help drive production • Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Sales Agents

• Own a caseload of litigated auto liability and bodily injury claims from suit assignment through resolution • Develop litigation strategy by reviewing initial complaints, amended actions, and evolving case facts • Analyze claims exposure and build negotiation strategies for settlement • Review pleadings, discovery, and motions to keep suit-handling plans aligned with case developments • Collaborate with defense counsel, claims counsel, and claims management on strategic planning • Build and maintain relationships with approved defense firms and industry vendors • Prepare for and attend mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials • Apply multi-state statutory knowledge, including Florida's insurance code, PIP statute, and bad faith framework • Maintain active adjuster licensing and CE credits, and stay current on case law and statutory changes • Mentor junior adjusters through file reviews, coverage questions, and complex claim coaching

• Manage a full caseload of collision, comprehensive, third-party property damage, disputed liability, and Medpay-only claims • Investigate and document claims from first report through resolution, evaluating vehicle damage, determining coverage, and assessing liability on contested files • Review estimates and negotiate repair or total-loss settlements directly with appraisers and repair facilities • Analyze claims exposure, set reserves, and drive negotiation strategy on complex files • Draft coverage letters and resolve disputed liability claims across multiple states, including Florida • Maintain active adjuster licensing and CE credits across all required states, staying current on statutory changes and case law • Mentor junior adjusters through file reviews and coverage questions • Build and maintain vendor relationships with appraisers and repair facilities to drive faster claim resolutions

• Design and develop learning experiences across multiple formats, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, learner workbooks, job aids, quick-reference guides, and knowledge checks • Build scalable, agent-centered training content using tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, Google Suite, and Confluence and apply adult learning principles that drive measurable behavior change • Partner with subject matter experts across Operations, Product, Underwriting, Service, and Sales to gather information, validate content accuracy, and translate complex concepts into practical guidance • Lead the organization, accuracy, and governance of Kin’s operational knowledge base, including content standards, tagging conventions, audits, and version control practices • Revise and update learning content quickly in response to process improvements, product launches, regulatory updates, or system changes while maintaining high quality and consistency • Create operational communication assets such as announcements, reinforcement materials, quick-start guides, and leader talking points that support successful rollout and adoption of new initiatives • Track knowledge base health metrics and learner engagement data to identify opportunities for content improvements and operational efficiencies • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and publishing workflows across training and communication materials • Maintain reusable templates, style guides, and scalable content components that improve development speed and consistency across the Operations Training team • Integrate generative AI tools into content development workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and speed without sacrificing content quality or learner experience

• Examining and appropriately interpreting insureds’ policies, forms in force, and other records to determine coverage and extent of company’s liability • Drafting, approving, and adjusting estimates of damage and loss amounts utilizing Xactimate and Xactanalysis • Using varying methods of investigation, including taking thorough recorded statements, consulting with police, fire departments inspecting property damage, and reviewing documentation • Writing clear, concise diary notes, managing and collaborating with vendors on field assignments, setting and saving contacts, and issuing payments • Appropriately applying knowledge of multiple state statutes, including the insurance code of ethics, rules, regulations, and guidelines • Negotiating with attorneys and/or public adjusters to achieve fair and equitable settlements

• Own the design, development, and delivery of complex front-end features using Typescript, Angular (2+), Lit, HTML, and SCSS • Architect scalable UI solutions and reusable component libraries leveraging Web Components • Integrate front-end applications with APIs, including defining contracts and collaborating on API design • Drive performance optimization, accessibility improvements, and UX enhancements across applications • Lead and participate in pair programming, code reviews, and technical design discussions • Champion engineering best practices across documentation, testing, CI/CD, architecture, and maintainable layout patterns • Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance, feedback, and modeling high-quality engineering habits • Identify systemic technical debt and propose pragmatic, high-leverage improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering partners to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Own end-to-end P&L for the eastern region • Lead, develop, and set clear performance expectations for a team of two state managers • Define and continuously refine pricing strategies and risk frameworks for eastern states • Present pricing and risk insights to executive leadership and regulatory bodies • Build and maintain regional dashboards and risk KPIs • Own regulatory modeling and compliance strategy for the eastern region • Apply AI and data tools to surface emerging risk patterns • Drive a continuous state optimization discipline across the eastern region • Lead cross-functional problem solving on complex regional challenges

• Using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor), audit existing component libraries and live product experiences — mapping gaps, drift, and inconsistencies — to generate a data-backed plan to unify and streamline the system. • Own and drive Kin's token architecture across color, typography, spacing, and motion, structured as primitive, semantic, and component tokens, as the single source of truth for design and code. • Experience designing token systems that scale across different contexts -- internal tools, customer-facing apps, or multi-brand surfaces -- with an architecture that can flex without fragmenting. • Establish and maintain Figma-to-code parity, partnering with engineering on the pipeline from design tokens to implemented, documented components. • Introduce new components and patterns thoughtfully as Kin moves into new product domains, ensuring the system grows with intention rather than sprawl. • Define the contribution model and governance — versioning, changelogs, intake, and quality bars — and implement automated guardrails that let teams extend the system without fragmentation. • Build the single source of truth that replaces disparate tools as the canonical reference for Kin's design patterns. • Advocate for accessibility in components so teams inherit it by default, using automated testing and AI-assisted audits to proactively identify compliance gaps. • Partner across Product, Engineering, and embedded domain designers to make the system the easiest path to a cohesive, on-brand experience across every surface.
