Market Development Manager – Pavement Technologies
Ingevity
• Develop and execute a strategy to advance Ingevity Pavement Technologies to road owners and stakeholders. • Collaborate and align on strategy execution/deployment with Evotherm Technical Marketing Managers. • Collaborate with State Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and local government agencies to educate, train and develop specifications. • Collaborate with Ingevity Government Relations team on initiatives. • Partner with industry associations and key customers to facilitate specification discussions. • Promote the advancement of Ingevity Pavement Technologies through marketing, training, and education initiatives at conferences, tradeshows, and industry meetings. • Organize and lead educational seminars/webinars to increase awareness and understanding of WMA technology. • Collaborate with the technical team to initiate and oversee research projects that support technology adoption. • Assist technical team with deployment of technical innovations related to WMA. • Develop impactful marketing materials and presentations to encourage widespread WMA adoption. • Work with the sales team to plan and execute WMA field demonstrations. • Generate sales leads for technical sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in asphalt pavement technology, sustainability initiatives, or transportation infrastructure is required.
- Strong knowledge of chemical warm mix additives.
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategies and implementing industry specifications.
- Experience with writing technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams, industry associations, and government agencies.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing events and field demonstrations.
- Familiarity with regulatory agency processes and requirements.
- Experience in marketing or business development within the construction or materials industry.
- Technical knowledge of asphalt and recycling technologies.

Role Description As our Delivery Manager, you will enable teams to deliver efficiently by facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring delivery of sprint commitments, and removing blockers that impact progress.
