Job Description

Treasury Director

Destination Pet, LLC

• Oversee daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, and cash flow operations to meet operational needs and obligations • Develop and implement strategies for short-term investments and capital needs • Manage financial risks • Maintain and cultivate relationships with banks and financial institutions • Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Monitor and manage short-term investments, evaluating opportunities to maximize returns while preserving capital • Prepare and present treasury reports, forecasts, and analyses to executive leadership • Implement treasury management systems, banking technologies, and process improvements for efficiency • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • CPA, CTP, or CFA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years experience in treasury, finance, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, instruments, and risk management
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and tools
  • Proficiency with financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to navigate regulatory compliance standards

Completes reports on contract opportunities and progress in achieving assigned objectives. • Maintains database of account contacts and key account information.
