• Develop web applications using reactive frameworks such as Vue.js. • Participate in UX design discussions to provide an engaging, fresh customer experience • Work in an agile development environment, maintaining user story and task status, t-shirt sizing • Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development. • Document software designs, objectives, and create and respond to RFCs in a shared collaboration environment such as Confluence. • Respond to bugs and support issues to ensure web users are delighted to use our applications. • Conduct code reviews, create pull requests, respond to peer and manager feedback to improve source code, designs and deliverables. • Communicate on all open projects and give updates to both team members and Technology team staff.

Role Description We are looking to add an Area Vice President to our team! - Lives and models the mission, vision, culture, and policies of Destination Pet within yourself and your team. - Ensure that all centers provide top quality care for our guests, including the delivery of exceptional customer service that focuses on integrated, personalized, and connected care with efficient and productive teams. - Continually monitor the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that drive revenue within the assigned area. - Leads center/practice growth plans and MBR’s with District Directors. - Analyzes and utilizes financial reports and statistics from each district, such as profit & loss statements and other Key Performance Indicators. - Celebrate achievements and identify revenue growth opportunities. - Analyzes and delivers the results of the operational processes that directly impact the success of their assigned centers. - Oversee the district team to identify and execute additional revenue driving initiatives. - Ensure completion of yearly inventory. - Properly reinforces all Destination Pet’s training, safety and service programs. - Ensure center compliance with federal and local labor laws: DEA, EEOC, ADA, Fair Labor Practices, radiation safety, OSHA, HAZMAT, etc. - Implement a one-on-one cadence for individual growth plans and management development opportunities. - In partnership with center/practice management and safety leadership to monitor and assist with all safety, emergency, and crisis situations. - Cultivate a pervasive culture of safety, instilling a mindset of vigilance and care among all team members. - Embrace and execute any additional responsibilities as needed by the organization's evolving needs.
