About the Role GitLab is seeking a recruiting leader to own and elevate our G&A recruiting function at a critical moment in the company's evolution. As Manager, G&A Recruiting, you'll partner closely with senior leaders across People, Legal, Finance, and CIO to bring in the operational and functional talent that powers everything GitLab does, from how we run the business to how we protect and grow it. In this role, you'll build thoughtful hiring strategies tailored to the unique demands of each G&A function, while leading a team of recruiters who can navigate complexity, earn trust quickly, and consistently deliver quality. You'll shape how G&A hiring gets done at GitLab by creating repeatable processes, driving a best-in-class candidate experience, and serving as the talent advisor your business partners rely on.
