Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all candidate screening activities, from sourcing, paper screening, to interviewing candidates and closing hiring requirements. Your efforts will contribute directly to our company's success by ensuring we place the right talent in the right roles. - Source and Attract Top Talent - Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates - Create compelling job descriptions and advertise open positions across multiple platforms - Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit - Manage the Recruitment Process - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates - Provide support during the interview process - Enhance Candidate Experience - Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Assist in developing outreach strategies to attract diverse candidates - Collaborate and Contribute - Work closely with team members to understand hiring needs and culture fit - Participate in developing more efficient recruiting strategies and talent acquisition best practices - Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment - Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable) - Hands-on experience with different job boards (e.g., Indeed) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Commitment to enhancing the candidate experience Benefits - 100% Remote - Healthcare and life insurance - PTO Credits
