The Role Telnyx is building the infrastructure for Voice AI — and we need a Technical Recruiter who can find the engineers making it happen. You'll own full life-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles globally. We move fast, hire the best, and use data to optimize everything. If you thrive in high-growth environments and love the hunt for exceptional talent, this is your role. Responsibilities • Own the full recruiting cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing. You run your reqs like a business. • Hire globally — We don't limit searches to one geography. You'll find the best talent wherever they are. • Partner deeply with hiring managers — Understand the tech, the team dynamics, and what "great" looks like for each role. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience — Every interaction reflects who we are. Candidates should want to join even if they don't get the offer. • Tell the Telnyx story — You're a brand ambassador.
