Field Sales Representative – Microelectronics

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow revenue in microelectronics and semiconductor markets. • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts. • Provide technical solutions by understanding customer requirements and recommending products that improve process efficiency, reliability, and yield. • Work closely with OEMs, engineers, and procurement teams to specify products for process tools and facility applications. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical presentations to closing and post-sale support. • Collaborate with internal resources including engineering support, distribution, and technical services to ensure customer success. • Maintain accurate records in CRM, track pipeline activity, and forecast sales results. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to customers. • Represent RHFS at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and promote solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience selling technically oriented products to the semiconductor industry, OEMs, or related high-tech markets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor process tools, FAB operations, or related microelectronics applications.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging technical presentations and effectively convey complex information.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, technical sales environment.
