Solutions Marketing Manager
DeleteMe
• Identify emerging threat trends (e.g., AI-driven vishing, deepfake impersonation, doxxing) and develop proactive marketing strategies that address urgent customer needs. • Act as a subject matter expert for DeleteMe’s B2B offerings, serving as the "Voice of the Customer" for internal stakeholders and external analysts. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate sales cycles and improve customer retention. • Develop materials for briefings for high-value customers to demonstrate the ROI of DeleteMe and a proactive privacy approach. • Help create a referenceable pipeline of elite B2B customers to highlight DeleteMe's brand awareness throughout the privacy and security industries. • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to drive the new business pipeline by creating customer advocates within our enterprise book of business.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or Strategic Account Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- A deep understanding of the executive protection, threat intelligence, or exposure management landscapes.
- Proven experience in developing deep market insights to understand client needs and optimizing the customer narrative for complex B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to increase product adoption and net retention by proving the value of proactive vs. reactive security measures.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive positive market outcomes.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and how to effectively manage stakeholder expectations at the Board and C-suite levels.
