Role Description The RF/Microwave Program Director is responsible for the Program Management and P&L for the RF/Microwave business within the Integrated Electronics division of TTM Technologies. This position is responsible for the execution of contract requirements and performance for the RF/Microwave businesses. - Oversight of manufacturing, engineering, quality, facilities, purchasing, customer service, and production control as it relates to program performance and execution. - Strategy and growth of the RF/Microwave business including Business Development and Proposal strategy. - Direct reports include a team of program management professionals. - Matrixed support from business development/sales, engineering, manufacturing, human resources, finance, and IT. - Outward facing to TTM customers and internal to TTM leadership. - Remote based with travel up to 50%, onsite is preferred.
