The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of connected devices, software, cloud, and how to sell connected devices with associated software into hospitals. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to sales representatives and customers, communicating our connected medical devices and software and their IT specs, answering technical questions that arise from customers, and coordinating with relevant JJMT teams to fill in IT/IS questionnaires that come from customers and answer customer questions related to those questionnaires. The role will focus on North America sales but will also support APAC, EMEA, and LATAM as needed to ensure that processes followed are globally consistent.
