We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Sales Engineering Manager located on the Eastern US. The individual is responsible for driving software and SaaS revenue through the effective management, mentoring, and training of a team of Sales Engineers as well as a personal engagement with Commvault’s partners, prospects, and customers. As a champion of Commvault’s values, the ideal candidate will not only embrace change but be a passionate catalyst in the identification and implementation of new strategies to bring Commvault to market through the sales engineering team. This role works closely with the regional Sales Director(s) to ensure the pre-sales organization is effectively able to leverage social media and partner with sales in activating the partner community, driving pipeline, winning opportunities, and will personally participate in sales campaigns and partner engagement. **Candidate must live on the East Coast of the US to be considered for this position** What you’ll do… - Provide technical leadership to the district Sales Engineering team, driving a sense of urgency and a measurable standard of excellence, identifying avenues to improve opportunity development and results, presenting them to senior leadership for incorporation into the Commvault standard - Experience with transformational change for organizational management.
