• Lead or support AML and Swift transformation projects, including system replacement, upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders • Prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates • Gather and analyze business, regulatory, and technical requirements related to AML, and Swift messaging • Translate regulatory requirements into functional and system requirements • Support vendor evaluation and solution selection • Define target operating models and future-state architecture
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in financial services
- Hands-on experience with AML systems
- Knowledge of Swift messaging and payment processing environments
- Experience working with banks or financial institutions in the United States
- Strong communication skills and experience working with global / cross-border teams
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex regulatory-driven projects

Role Description The Proposal Coordinator supports the Enterprise Development, Government Channel team by coordinating high-quality, compliant proposal submissions that advance A.E. Perkins’ strategic growth across public sector markets. This position works closely with Proposal Analysts and Proposal Writers to organize documentation, maintain timelines, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all types of RFX deliverables, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and vendor questionnaires, ensuring each submission is complete, compliant, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Core Responsibilities - Proposal Coordination - Advanced - Collaborate with Proposal Analysts and Proposal Writers throughout the entire proposal lifecycle, from intake to submission, to ensure that timelines, deliverables, and requirements are met. - Monitor proposal milestones, ensure centralized documentation, and provide status updates for all assigned projects. - Team Collaboration & Communication – Intermediate - Partner with internal subject matter experts across departments, including Operations, Compliance, IT, Implementation, and Marketing. - Schedule and support proposal kick-off, review to ensure clarity of expectations and deliverables. - Submit required RFX deliverables accurately and on time. - Content Editing & Development – Advanced - Assist with writing and refining non-technical sections such as company overviews, key personnel resumes, organizational charts, case studies, service descriptions, and implementation schedules. - Maintain standard proposal templates, responses, and supporting materials in proposal management systems (e.g., Loopio). - Assist with the development of proposal responses, as needed. - Compliance & Quality Assurance – Advanced - Collaborate during the review of RFXs to ensure all requirements are fully compliant with RFX submission criteria. - Uphold A.E. Role Description The Technical Systems Analyst is a hands-on individual contributor within the Business Systems team on Revenue Operations, responsible for translating business needs into clear system requirements and supporting consistent, predictable sprint execution.
