Role Description The Technical Systems Analyst is a hands-on individual contributor within the Business Systems team on Revenue Operations, responsible for translating business needs into clear system requirements and supporting consistent, predictable sprint execution. This role partners closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional partners to ensure systems work is well-defined, properly prioritized, and delivered efficiently. This role operates with guidance from Senior Systems leaders and Product Owners, owning day-to-day execution while contributing to delivery quality, clarity, and process improvement. What You'll Do: - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate business and system requirements. - Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. - Create and maintain requirements artifacts such as process flows, system diagrams, and dependency mappings. - Ensure work entering a sprint is clearly defined, scoped, and ready for execution. - Facilitate sprint ceremonies and support effective sprint execution for the Systems team. - Track sprint progress, delivery health, and risks, escalating blockers and scope gaps as needed. - Maintain a clean, prioritized systems backlog aligned with quarterly goals and operational initiatives. - Provide clear status updates and support documentation and handoffs to Enablement and Ops teams. Qualifications - 1–3 years experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or agile delivery roles. - Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation. - Familiarity with sprint-based or agile delivery environments. - Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. - Experience supporting Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market systems. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar work management platforms. - Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems a plus. - Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile frameworks.
