Data Center Training Team Lead Position Overview The Training Team Lead manages the development and implementation of comprehensive technical education programs for data center operations, ensuring staff competency in critical infrastructure management, safety protocols, and emerging technologies. Support new facility commissioning through comprehensive staff onboarding programs. Compliance and Safety Ensure all training programs align with OSHA requirements, industry standards, and client specifications. Maintain detailed training records for audit compliance and certification tracking. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field. Minimum 8-10 years experience in data center operations with 5+ years in training leadership roles. Professional certifications such as Data Center Certified Professional (DCCP), Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), or equivalent industry credentials. Strong presentation and instructional design capabilities. Technical Skills Deep understanding of critical data center infrastructure including electrical distribution, mechanical systems, fire suppression, and monitoring technologies. Experience with training management systems and e-learning platforms. Proficiency in developing technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Leadership Competencies Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change through education initiatives.
