As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing coaching, training and mentoring to your workflow teams, as well as provide domain expertise on client specified processes and products. You will be a subject matter expert that designs, develops, and delivers training programs within the GOC Sales & Marketing vertical. The trainer plays a crucial role in educating GOCers, overseeing internal training operations and promoting a team-orientated, improvement focused environment. This role is critical in establishing and managing relationships between key internal customers, clients, and other stakeholders and own all end-to-end product knowledge management. The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $84,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Responsibilities: - Curriculum Development and Content Creation: Develop and design comprehensive training curriculum, incorporating diverse learning methodologies and adult learning principles. Use a variety of formats, including modules, presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises, to create engaging and informative training materials. Regularly update and revise training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance - Training Delivery: Oversee and implement a wide range of training delivery methods, including classroom sessions, online modules, webinars, and workshops. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance training delivery and track learner progress, including AI - Learning impact Assessment: Design and implement comprehensive assessments to measure learning outcomes and evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs.
