Role Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role is responsible for: - Coordinating interview scheduling and managing candidate communication. - Supporting background checks and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. - Ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates. - Identifying and implementing improvements in recruiting processes. - Collaborating effectively with stakeholders including recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. - Handling recruitment logistics and supporting talent acquisition initiatives. Qualifications - Experience supporting recruiting or HR teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling candidate data and scheduling. - Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Outlook and Excel skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. - Customer-service oriented approach to candidate and stakeholder interactions. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. - Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency within recruiting workflows. Requirements - Talent acquisition and recruiting operations experience. - Experience in HR administration and process documentation. - Skills in process optimization and multi-tasking. - Experience in using HR software and SOP documentation. - Strong organizational and planning skills.
