Recruitment & Internal Communications Intern
Zeplin
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including aligning role profiles with hiring teams, strategic resume screening, active candidate sourcing, and schedule management • Conduct initial competency-based interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit while ensuring a positive candidate experience • Support talent attraction strategies, including posting vacancies across multiple channels, active hunting, and strengthening the candidate pipeline • Contribute to internal and external communications by helping craft messages aligned with company culture and employer positioning • Manage corporate social media channels with a focus on employer branding, including planning, producing, and publishing content • Assist in the creation and execution of organizational culture initiatives to boost internal engagement and strengthen the employer brand
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and concisely in different contexts
- Proactive with a sense of urgency; able to organize tasks independently, prioritize activities, and advance processes
- Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring quality in deliverables and effective tracking of multiple concurrent stages
- Responsible and committed, demonstrating a professional attitude and a sense of ownership over tasks
- Genuine interest in people, behavior, and organizational culture, with a curiosity to learn and develop in the field
