• Act as the liaison between clients, technical coordinators, designers and other stakeholders involved in projects. • Monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with established deadlines. • Organize, record and distribute technical and managerial information related to the projects. • Track client requests, ensuring that agreements and updates are communicated to the responsible teams. • Support scope control, revisions, outstanding issues and the history of deliverables. • Participate in internal and external meetings, preparing minutes, records and follow-up action items.

• Development of electrical projects, power service entrance, automation, audio systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA/LPS) and fire detection and alarm systems (SDAI); • BIM modeling and documentation in Revit; • Preparation of permit/compliance projects for approval by utilities such as ENEL, EDP, CPFL, COPEL, CELESC, ENERGISA, CEMIG and EQUATORIAL; • Sizing and design of LV/MV systems, telecom and lightning protection (SPDA/LPS); • Participation in coordination and resolution of technical clashes; • Technical interface with clients on moderately complex matters; • Development of technical solutions and optimizations for higher-complexity projects.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including aligning job profiles with hiring teams, strategic resume screening, active candidate sourcing and calendar management • Conduct initial competency-based interviews, assessing technical and behavioral fit while ensuring a positive candidate experience • Support talent attraction strategies, including posting vacancies across channels, active hunting and strengthening the candidate pipeline • Contribute to internal and external communications, assisting in crafting messages aligned with company culture and positioning • Manage corporate social media with a focus on employer branding, including planning, content creation and publishing • Support the design and execution of organizational culture initiatives, contributing to internal engagement and the strengthening of the employer brand
