Senior Survey Research Manager, Student Insights

• Own the end-to-end Student Pulse survey workstream, ensuring it runs efficiently and delivers high-quality outputs at scale. • Manage timelines, workflows, and coordination across a multi-study research portfolio. • Maintain consistency across studies while evolving content to reflect new questions and priorities. • Identify and implement incremental improvements to survey design, workflows, and output quality. • Design and refine surveys in Qualtrics, including question development, logic, and structure. • Own survey fielding strategy, including rotating modules aligned to quarterly priorities. • Ensure data integrity through strong survey design and proactive quality checks. • Oversee data validation and QA processes to maintain accuracy across all datasets. • Lead the development of Student Pulse deliverables, including quarterly reports and additional topic-specific deliverables. • Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and quality, ensuring analysis and related outputs are free of errors and inconsistencies. • Translate data into clear, insight-driven narratives with a strong point of view. • Build and review executive-ready reports, dashboards, and thematic deep dives. • Manage and develop one mid-career researcher supporting Student Pulse, guiding execution across survey design, analysis, and deliverables.
Research Analyst – Product Launchpad Program

• Partner with your mentor and Research Operations leadership to set goals, track progress, and build skills that prepare you for a future research role. • Participate in structured shadowing rotations with RIG, 360, UR Syndicated, and ER Syndicated teams to gain a holistic understanding of our research functions and workflows. • Collaborate with peers in the Product Launchpad cohort to support firmwide initiatives, process improvements, or pilot research efforts that enhance our products and services. • Program surveys in Qualtrics based on guidance from the Research Principal, using advanced survey logic (e.g., quotas, display/skip logic, embedded data, screen-out protocols). • Practice good data management and integrity by consistently labeling variables and values within survey projects. • Monitor survey quotas and response rates, providing regular updates to Research Principals and other key stakeholders. • Clean quantitative survey data in Qualtrics and DisplayR as needed. • Analyze quantitative and qualitative questions to identify key insights from the data to support strategic research creation. • Apply the appropriate data visualizations to display quantitative and qualitative findings in DisplayR, Toucan Toco, or PowerPoint depending on the project. • Create reports that incorporate findings, charts, infographics, and other visual elements in a clear and visually appealing way. • Summarize key takeaways and writing recommendations for employers based on research findings.
