Talent Acquisition Partner – G&A, University Recruiting
Jensen Hughes
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer development, and negotiations. • Recruit for corporate and business support functions such as HR, Finance/Accounting, IT, Enterprise Applications, Digital/Software, Business Development, Marketing and Legal. • Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referral programs. • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and market insights. • Design and execution of a cohesive North America university recruiting strategy aligned to the hiring plan. • Lead university recruiting initiatives including coordinating logistics and attending career fairs, campus outreach, and internship and new graduate hiring activities. • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interview scheduling for intern and entry-level roles. • Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations and early-career talent pools. • Support reporting on early-career metrics and measuring program effectiveness using data-driven insights (conversion rates, retention metrics, and ROI analysis).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year, U.S.-accredited college or university.
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting including corporate/G&A roles.
- Experience supporting university, campus, or early-career hiring initiatives preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Detail-oriented, highly communicative, and proactive in engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
- Willingness to travel for campus events, as needed.
