Regional Engineer
Azuria Water Solutions
• Support technical sales strategies to meet annual targets for pipeline infrastructure products for the North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas territory. • These products include Fusible PVC® piping, TerraBrute® CR restrained joint PVC piping, Vylon® closed profile PVC piping, Primus Pipe Liner, WEKO Seal and other Azuria products • Perform key account planning to develop business opportunities by working closely with consulting engineers, municipal water and wastewater utilities, contractors, waterworks distributors, and electrical utilities • Develop technical specifications that support product position and facilitate operational efficiency • Ensure all sales activity and opportunities are up to date in Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our products • Support or conduct sales calls and make product/service presentations to customers • Provide input into development of marketing communications and product portfolio decisions • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reporting to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related
- 3 years of Engineering experience with the Utility Pipeline Design, Construction, or Municipal Water Market
- Experience with Salesforce, or other CRM, preferred, and expertise with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to persuade, motivate and empower clients and co-workers to action.
- Ability to deal with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Must be a strong communicator able to take initiative and be disciplined to function independently
- Must be competitive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, good listener and manage time wisely.
- Must be able to process complex information and unique client needs quickly.
- Must be able to travel to client and vendor sites more than 50% of the time
