You'll have a significant impact on go-to-market strategies and see the direct influence of your leadership on company growth and direction. - Own and evolve the positioning, messaging, and market narrative for the product as it transitions from timekeeping to profitability intelligence. - Develop thought leadership programs and integrated marketing campaigns that change firm leaders' perceptions of time, profitability, and AI. - Oversee product releases end to end, including narrative development, competitive positioning, enablement materials, and integrated campaigns. - Shape packaging, pricing, and commercial strategy for new product features powered by AI. - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate market insights and competitive dynamics into the product roadmap. - Drive market credibility through engagement with analysts and the development of customer success stories and ROI analyses. Qualifications - 8+ years of B2B product marketing or related experience, with exposure to product management or GTM roles. - Strong business acumen with the ability to rapidly learn markets and articulate category trends influenced by AI. - Exceptional storytelling skills that connect technical capabilities to substantial business outcomes. - Experience in shaping packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy with direct involvement in product go-to-market processes. - Ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment across various teams without direct authority. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Domain experience in legal tech, professional services, or financial services is a plus.
