Lead Product Marketing Manager

• Defining product positioning and messaging, making sure every selling point is sharp, relevant, and customer-driven; • Owning the product-led growth strategy, defining priorities and long-term direction; • Leading go-to-market planning and execution for new features from announcement to launch; • Developing use cases grounded in real customer needs, translating them into compelling narratives; • Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and keep us ahead of the curve; • Driving sales enablement by creating materials and supporting the Sales team with the knowledge and tools they need; • Tracking and reporting on growth-related goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing
- Strong experience in positioning heavily technical SaaS features, starting from customer needs analysis (pain/gain framework) through to messaging and GTM execution
- Solid understanding of software development dynamics; and of SaaS functionalities and metrics
- A proactive mindset and a genuine drive to contribute to the company's growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Full proficiency in English
