Go-to-Market Engineer
TestGorilla
• Build, maintain, and improve GTM workflows across HubSpot, Gong, and connected tools • Automate GTM processes such as routing, alerts, deal enforcement, and inspections • Translate GTM strategy and revenue rules into scalable system logic • Integrate product, sales, and customer signals into GTM workflows • Support deployment of AI-assisted GTM signals (e.g. deal risk, expansion propensity) • Ensure workflow reliability, performance, and scalability • Reduce manual GTM Ops work through automation and tooling • Maintain technical documentation for GTM systems and workflows • Partner closely with Revenue Ops and GTM Execution Ops on improvements • Collaborate with TestGorilla AI Strike team to work with all GTM functions for AI-first-projects • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and streamline GTM execution
Job Requirements
- Is excited by TestGorilla’s mission and values
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Thrives in a remote-first, async-friendly environment
- Has experience in GTM Ops, RevOps Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered operational tooling
- Has hands-on experience building workflows and automations in HubSpot
- Is comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Thinks in systems, not one-off fixes
- Can translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions
- Enjoys partnering closely with Ops and business stakeholders
