• The Solutions Design and Implementation (SOLDI) Supervisor works within the Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) practice area as a Supply Chain Consultant. • Developing and implementing solutions related to a customer’s overall supply chain. • Optimizing customer’s warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks that support customers’ strategic decisions. • Strengthening customer relationships by enabling UPS to be a single-source provider of transportation and supply chain related needs and consulting. • Managing various types of supply chain and distribution analysis projects, engineering projects, and providing subject matter expertise. • Presenting these simulated solutions to stakeholders utilizing data visualization to outline final deliverables, cost justifications, and quantified value. • Assisting in developing advanced sales strategies that highlight predictive modeling capabilities to drive business growth. • Reporting on project status, field resource activity, and training initiatives to keep senior management informed of progress and developments.

• Leverage deep knowledge of Ciena and Blue Planet solutions to support clients in implementing solutions tailored to their business needs. • Actively influence clients on leveraging Blue Planet solutions to meet evolving business challenges. • Navigate complex client relationships to ensure successful implementations. • Identify and mitigate risks in implementation projects using best technical practices for Blue Planet products. • Provide critical application configuration knowledge and business process expertise across Blue Planet solutions. • Offer guidance on complex implementation challenges and solution designs. • Educate teams on implementation best practices, competitor solutions, and industry trends.
