Ecommerce Strategy Consultant
O2 Commerce
• Design and recommend high-value eCommerce strategies for D2C, B2B and B2C clients. • Analyze existing digital environments and propose digital strategies aligned with clients' performance objectives. • Contribute to the development of strategic and operational roadmaps, in collaboration with internal expert teams. • Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of recommendations. • Recommend and support the implementation of acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies. • Participate, depending on the engagement, in strategic workshops, working sessions, or client presentations.
Job Requirements
- Senior eCommerce strategy consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B and B2C contexts.
- Strong command of eCommerce best practices and the ability to identify high-impact opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Highly data-driven approach with a proven ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience creating prioritized digital roadmaps and demonstrating the value of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including leading workshops and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, and headless architectures.
- Good knowledge of MarTech ecosystems.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum).
- Understanding of web development fundamentals.
- Bilingual in French and English required for interactions with North American clients.
