• Développer et maintenir des expériences front-end performantes pour Adobe Commerce • Concevoir des composants UI responsives, accessibles et réutilisables à l’aide de technologies front-end modernes • Implémenter des design systems et des spécifications UI/UX provenant de Figma ou d’autres livrables design • Intégrer les applications front-end aux APIs Adobe Commerce (REST/GraphQL) • Personnaliser les couches front-end d’Adobe Commerce (Luma, PWA Studio ou architectures headless) • Optimiser les performances front-end (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, poids des fichiers JavaScript, livraison d’images) • Assurer la qualité du code, la performance et la fiabilité des livrables • Garantir la compatibilité multi-navigateurs, l’accessibilité (WCAG) et une approche mobile-first • Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs back-end, designers, QA, DevOps, chefs de projet et architectes • Participer aux cérémonies Agile (scrums, planification, estimations) et contribuer à la conception des solutions

• Manage client requests, budgets, and timelines for all projects within your team • Monitor project progress, identify variances, risks, and issues, and propose concrete adjustment plans • Work closely with account and delivery directors to handle requests, ensure quality service, and maximize the value of the work • Prepare account health reports and share key information with stakeholders • Ensure deliverables meet objectives, client needs, and established quality standards • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals, in collaboration with operations, production teams, and internal subject-matter experts • Support your team in applying best practices and delivering high-quality work • As a team leader, provide positive leadership, motivate team members, and promote their well-being and job satisfaction

• Design and recommend high-value eCommerce strategies for D2C, B2B and B2C clients. • Analyze existing digital environments and propose digital strategies aligned with clients' performance objectives. • Contribute to the development of strategic and operational roadmaps, in collaboration with internal expert teams. • Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of recommendations. • Recommend and support the implementation of acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies. • Participate, depending on the engagement, in strategic workshops, working sessions, or client presentations.
