• Prospecting leads: Interns will learn how to identify and qualify potential leads, and will be responsible for prospecting leads using different techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking. • Managing orders: Interns will learn how to manage orders, including how to keep track of customer requests, how to price orders, and how to manage the ordering process from start to finish. • Closing sales: Interns will learn techniques for closing sales, including how to overcome objections and how to ask for the sale. They will also provide tips for building long-term relationships with clients and how to provide excellent customer service. • Collaborating with fellow student designers to create original and engaging designs that will appeal to our target market. • Working with our marketing team to effectively implement marketing strategies that will drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Campus Ink is excited to offer a virtual sales internship program for the summer of 2026. We are looking for students that are currently enrolled in a college or university. This program is designed to provide hands-on entrepreneurial experience to undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in sales, graphic design, or marketing. The program will be conducted online, and will be a 4-week long program. You get to choose which session you would like to apply for. Session 1: June 8th --> July 1st - sessions on Monday/Wednesday Session 2: July 6th --> July 29th - sessions on Monday/Wednesday The virtual sales internship program will offer students the opportunity to gain real-world sales experience in a supportive and educational environment. Senior Associate, E-commerce Operations

• Execute day-to-day operations for product setup, QA, and store maintenance across Shopify stores • Maintain strong quality control by following and improving checklists, “definition of done,” and QA standards • Support Shopify product workflows including product creation, tagging, collections, variants, SKU conventions, and storefront updates • Handle bulk product data updates using spreadsheets/CSV workflows (Excel/Google Sheets) with a high data-integrity mindset • Support new store launches by helping proof builds, QA navigation/merchandising, identify issues, and coordinate fixes • Coordinate with Printful / 3PL partners on inventory reporting and resolving order/product issues • Document and maintain SOPs to improve consistency, reduce onboarding time, and make processes easier to follow • Liaise cross-functionally with Production and other teams to align on handoffs, timelines, and daily procedures • Support operations for our Amazon & eBay marketplace stores, ensuring listings and order processing stay accurate and on time • Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, and edge cases—helping prevent issues before they impact customers.
