Key Responsibilities Business Systems & Data Analysis - Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, system, and data requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models. - Document system interactions, integrations, and data flows across platforms. - Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations, including requirements coordination, testing, and user acceptance. - Analyze current-state workflows and data structures to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting integrity, and user experience. - Ensure data definitions, field mappings, validation rules, and metadata are clearly documented and consistently applied. - Support initiatives that improve AI-readiness (A1), including strengthening structured data capture and governance standards. - Serve as liaison between business teams, IT, and data engineering resources to ensure alignment and clarity. Systems Administration & Enablement Support - Support day-to-day administration of key business systems (e.g., Airtable, contractsafe, Document management system, etc) as appropriate. - Assist with user access requests, basic configuration updates, and troubleshooting within supported systems. - Coordinate system testing, release validation, and documentation for enhancements and updates. - Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, training materials, and process guides. Systems Renewals & Vendor Coordination - Support the management of software renewals, including tracking renewal dates, license counts, usage, and contract terms. - Partner with Finance, IT, and system owners to support renewal planning, usage reviews, and vendor communications. - Help ensure systems are appropriately licensed, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. - Maintain accurate records of system ownership, contracts, and renewal timelines. Basic IT Support & Operational Coordination - Provide backup to tier-one and tier-two support for common IT issues, escalating to IT specialists or vendors as needed. - Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes related to system access and tools. - Support basic hardware, software, and account troubleshooting in coordination with IT. - Help maintain IT documentation, support workflows, and service request processes. Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Support - Identify opportunities to improve system usage, adoption, and support processes. - Contribute to standardization of documentation, intake processes, and change management practices. - Support cross-functional initiatives that span systems, data, and operational workflows. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - 3–5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role. - Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system implementations. - Familiarity with SaaS platforms (e.g., CRM, LMS, finance, HR, or collaboration tools). - Experience supporting software renewals, vendor coordination, or license management preferred. - Basic IT support experience, including user access management and troubleshooting, is a plus. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Clear communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methods is a plus - Experience with Google workspace tools and automations a plus What We Offer: Fair, Competitive Pay: We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually.
