Change Manager

Allegis Global Solutions

• Leads change management effort on enterprise scale client projects • Guides the client and the project to successful communications and adoption of tech/process • Actively exercises certified change management procedures • Liaises with other project workstreams to ensure completion • Manages the creation of change management documentation and trackers • Builds awareness for change within client organization • Drafts and owns all manuals, communications and training materials • Trains and mentors new and/or junior members of the team • Dedicates effort to enhance project methodologies

Job Requirements

  • Four to Six (4-6) years of HR industry experience
  • Four to Six (4-6) years of Change Management experience
  • Change Management certification, preferable ADKAR, Prosci, CCMP, MSI, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
