Senior Marketing Manager – Enterprise/B2B
Watch Duty
• Drive demand generation for Watch Duty enterprise level licenses/subscriptions, targeting specific verticals with strong Watch Duty applications. • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, digital advertising, webinars, events, partnerships) to consistently deliver and nurture a strong enterprise pipeline. • Own list segmentation, CRM hygiene, and lead-nurture workflows to move prospects efficiently through the pipeline. • Develop campaign analytics and reporting to track performance, identify conversion opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements. • Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to refine target customer persona, align messaging, ensure smooth cultivation of prospects, and support growth efforts. • Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to enterprise verticals, highlighting product value, reliability, and real-world impact. • Create and maintain sales collateral—including one-pagers, case studies, testimonials, pitch decks, price/package overviews, and email sequences—that supports each stage of the buyer journey. • Partner with Chief Commercial Officer and subject-matter experts to ensure all materials are accurate, industry-relevant, and aligned with customer needs and procurement processes. • Support communications elements of Watch Duty’s participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to engage decision-makers at fire departments, utility companies, and public safety organizations. • Support additional communications materials across a range of departmental needs, as applicable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years supporting B2B or institutional go-to-market motions, preferably for enterprise SaaS, data, or infrastructure platforms with deal sizes of $15,000–$500,000+ and multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
- Proven track record in lead generation, demand generation, or pipeline marketing with measurable results.
- Experience developing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital advertising, webinars, events, partnerships) and managing CRM systems (especially HubSpot).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating sales collateral, thought leadership content, and messaging for enterprise buyers.
- Strong experience working directly with Sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategies, sales cycles, and business goals.
- Knowledge of public safety, utilities, critical infrastructure or government markets is preferred.
