Vertical Marketing Manager

• Develop vertical-specific messaging, case studies, webinars, one-pagers, and playbooks. • Identify and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key buyer personas to improve targeting and engagement. • Collaborate with Sales on account-level planning and execution to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Content, and Creative Services to ensure marketing content aligns with customer needs. • Track and report on campaign performance and vertical pipeline contribution with a strong focus on analytics, testing, and optimization. • Bring strong campaign development, execution, and reporting skills, leveraging data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement. • Explore and evaluate emerging AI-powered marketing tools and techniques to improve campaign efficiency, content creation, personalization, and team productivity. • Execute ABM campaigns targeted to key industries (e.g., logistics, retail, energy, manufacturing). • Coordinate with external marketing vendors and agencies to support execution of ABM and industry campaigns. • Write clear and compelling creative briefs and strategic planning documents to guide internal and external partners. • Support industry events, tradeshows, webinars, and other field marketing initiatives with tailored content and outreach. • Execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, digital, content, social media, and paid campaigns. • Continuously refine targeting strategies and messaging based on industry trends and customer feedback. • Manage timelines, vendors, and internal approvals for campaign assets and deliverables. • Ensure brand consistency across all external communications and campaign materials. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on vertical, ABM, or field marketing.
- Proven success developing content and campaigns tailored to specific industries or accounts.
- Curiosity and foundational knowledge of AI tools and trends; ability to explore and experiment with AI platforms for marketing and productivity.
- Familiarity with ABM and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling ability.
- Strong project management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across marketing, sales, and product teams.
