• Draft and polish marketing copy across website, landing pages, social channels, email newsletters and sales collateral. • Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. • Assist with writing and editing blog posts, case studies, FAQs, and product content. • Support the creation of visual assets in partnership with design (graphics, slides, event materials). • Collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure ICP-relevant, accurate messaging. • Build and manage a content calendar aligned to product launches, PR, industry news, and thought leadership. • Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operational efficiency. • Build and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences. • Manage segmentation, testing, list health, and reporting. • Share content on LinkedIn, as well as other social platforms as we establish new presences. • Research conferences and speaking opportunities to establish expertise in life science and technology sectors. • Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences and customer events. • Manage logistics for events (registration pages, assets, booth materials, follow-up communications).
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt tone and simplify technical concepts.
- Experience executing across multiple channels — social, email, website & sales materials.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Mailchimp and WordPress experience a plus)
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and new ideas.
- Strong project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, receive feedback, and manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Curiosity about AI, behavioral science, and responsible technology.
