• Own creator-led growth end to end — from audience development to conversion. • Build and scale high-quality, high-volume content systems across social platforms that drive meaningful engagement and product subscriptions. • Partner closely with world-class experts and their teams to execute growth campaigns. • Lead CRM strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle touchpoints to deepen trust and drive subscription growth. • Develop and execute launch strategies that feel culturally relevant, human, and aligned with expert integrity. • Use data to inform decisions while maintaining strong taste and intuition around brand, narrative, and emotional resonance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to shape how Aldea grows as a category-defining company.
Job Requirements
- 4–8 years building and monetizing expert-level creators’ personal brands.
- Deep, lived-in understanding of the online creator ecosystem — platforms, formats, trends, and economics.
- Proven experience driving growth or monetization (subscriptions, paywalls, funnels, conversion optimization, LTV).
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
- High bias for action — you move fast, test often, and learn in public.
- Excellent judgment around brand, trust, and audience relationships.
- Ability to operate independently in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
