People Systems Specialist – HCM
AAA - American Automobile Association
• Provide technical control and support for HCM systems • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Onboarding) business processes • Execute mass data changes through EIBs and support Workday releases • Run queries and analyze data to maintain data integrity • Facilitate routine and ad hoc reporting for management and executives • Participate in testing for system updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities • Manage People Service Center support tickets and cases • Complete other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1-3 years experience of strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM
- Experience with EIBs, business processes, calculated fields, and report development
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills required
- Proven ability to achieve high service quality results as well as meet productivity levels required
- Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project preferred.
- Extensive knowledge in Workday, practices, techniques, and methods
