• Communicate with prospects as part of a metric-driven sales qualification and advancement process • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives • Promote business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients • Meet or exceed the quota of minimum calls/emails per day • Meet goals related to pipeline management and recurring revenue bookings • Research and evaluate leads/prospects through Web and Database • Document your interactions with prospects • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory • Present our products and services to prospective customers • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the TrackStreet platform • Cross-sell products, when appropriate • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Work closely with internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to grow specific sales territory to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region • Maintain all contacts/deals in HubSpot and record all progress • Work with lead generation funnels and automation technology to support high-velocity outbound marketing programs, leveraging prospect data and market insights • Support data teams with the ingestion, filtering and allocation of prospect information • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach • Participate in side-by-side call coaching from your manager

• Serve as a trusted People & Culture resource for all TrackStreet team members. • Partner with Department Heads to understand goals and operating rhythms, translating business strategy into effective people practices across teams. • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding execution across TrackStreet’s departments, partnering with hiring managers and external recruiters as needed. • Drive TrackStreet’s employee engagement strategy across departments and geographies. • Apply a systems-thinking approach to all people initiatives, recognizing the interconnectedness of departments, tools, and processes.
