Job Description

Recruiting Coordinator

TriVista

• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the verbal offer process • Partner closely with hiring managers and firm leaders to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business needs • Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on senior-level or complex searches, sharing insights and ensuring consistent candidate experience • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies • Demonstrate a strong and authentic presence on LinkedIn, leveraging personal branding, engagement, and consistent networking to attract and connect with high-caliber consulting and operations talent • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high-priority or recurring positions • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Deliver a professional, timely, and high-touch experience for every candidate • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and engagement throughout the process • Communicate transparently and proactively to ensure clarity and consistency • Collect feedback to identify and address opportunities for process and experience improvement • Represent TriVista’s brand and values through professionalism, empathy, and collaboration • Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate satisfaction) • Recommend improvements to reduce time-to-fill and increase candidate quality • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm recruiting standards.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within consulting and/or agency settings
  • Experience hiring professionals in consulting, technology, supply chain, operations, or professional services
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Customer-service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain certification upon employment.
