Regional Recruiter
SIXT
• Engage in various aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, evaluating and hiring for assigned region to support the company’s branch operations throughout North America • Manage a high volume of exempt and non-exempt job requisitions simultaneously, while delivering high quality talent to support current hiring needs and future growth • Partner with branch leadership to understand and identify workforce needs specific to localized market, and build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure recruitment efficiency and effectiveness • Provide consistent and relevant recruiting updates with internal stakeholders, including partnering with teams within the People & Culture department • Utilize a variety of recruitment channels to attract applicants including job advertisements, attending career fairs, social media, networking, and other related sources • Adhere to federal, state, and local laws ensure compliance within recruitment processes
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Human Resources and high-volume staffing/recruiting experience, with a strong ability to recruit across all levels of the business
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in a related field with a concentration in Human Resources
- Experienced and proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters a plus) and in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and candidate pools (preferred)
- Do not now, or in the future, require sponsorship and are authorized to work in the US
