• Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews. • Maintain online candidate records. • Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing). • Manage emails and calendars using Outlook. • Provide general admin support to the recruitment team. • Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or recruitment.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable speaking to people on the phone.
- Confident using Outlook, Excel, and data-capturing tools.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Self-motivated and able to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Have your own computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.
