• Support project teams with project setup and kick-off, coordination, execution, and close-out activities • Coordinate schedules, meeting cadence, and logistics for project teams, client sessions, trainings, and internal team events • Manage Salesforce opportunities, projects, resource planner, and case studies • Coordinate and support the administrative and operational aspects of client engagements from initiation through closeout • Assist with proposal development, project setup, scheduling, document management, meeting coordination, and project completion documentation • Track deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and follow-up items to help keep engagements on schedule • Support business development efforts through assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, meeting logistics, and follow-up coordination • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
• Responsible for all aspects of client management and project execution, from scope development, leading a diagnostic phase, through the development of the planning phase and delivery of the implementation • Accountable for the quality of client engagement deliverables through effectively leading project teams to ensure exceptional performance • Manage daily client relationships and interaction including responding quickly to emails, remediating risks and issues, and presenting check-ins and final deliverables • Lead TriVista engagements day to day through the creation and monitoring of project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables while meeting the needs and expectations of colleagues and customers • Drive projects to completion by overseeing, managing, assisting, or executing project activities, workstreams and/or deliverables • Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior client management during engagements • Develop practical and actionable recommendations for the client while providing a strong foundation for and driving potential follow-on work • Lead project teams through data gathering and analysis and perform the technical QA of work done by the team • Drive the development/enhancement of TriVista’s methodologies and approaches to client delivery • Identify, quantify, and prioritize enterprise value improvement opportunities and solutions • Provide subject matter expertise across functions • Utilize various project management tools and best practices such as Gantt Charts, budget, risk assessment, work breakdown structures, RACI’s, etc. • Effectively communicate TriVista tools and methodologies through the use of case studies and prior experiences
• Support engagement teams serving PE and portfolio company clients across various industries, while demonstrating executive presence with PE clients and C-level management teams • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues and providing advanced analytics to solve client problems • Develop high-quality written deliverable documents • Support the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
• Lead teams that scope and deliver consulting engagements for Private Equity clients • Accountable for firm development and client engagements • Deliver quality client projects and experiences • Focus on business development and maintaining relationships with stakeholders • Develop TriVista employees through coaching and oversight • Participate in firm level strategy development and execution • Engage in key project activities and milestones and ensure quality deliverables
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for consulting and leadership roles across the U.S., from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent within the consulting and operational excellence markets • Build and maintain a strategic LinkedIn presence to strengthen TriVista’s employer brand, engage senior-level consulting talent, and elevate the firm’s visibility through thought leadership and professional influence • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top consulting talent and key industry networks • Collaborate with practice leaders to anticipate hiring needs, define role specifications, and align recruiting strategies with business growth plans • Partner with internal marketing and branding teams to elevate TriVista’s employer brand in the consulting community • Serve as a senior advisor to hiring managers on hiring decisions, market trends, compensation, and candidate evaluation • Evaluate and refine the recruitment process for efficiency, quality, and consistency of candidate experience • Lead recruiting-related projects and initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables align with firm priorities • Mentor and coach recruiters and sourcing specialists to build a high-performing talent acquisition function • Manage and interpret recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.) to inform leadership decisions • Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience reflective of TriVista’s values • Ensure consistent, transparent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Support hiring leaders in delivering an inclusive, equitable, and structured interview process • Provide recommendations on how to decrease the cost of hire, time to fill, and improve overall candidate experience • Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence to proactively identify consultant pipelines • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging sourcing tools • Partner with HR and Finance on strategic workforce planning and talent forecasting
• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the verbal offer process • Partner closely with hiring managers and firm leaders to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business needs • Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on senior-level or complex searches, sharing insights and ensuring consistent candidate experience • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies • Demonstrate a strong and authentic presence on LinkedIn, leveraging personal branding, engagement, and consistent networking to attract and connect with high-caliber consulting and operations talent • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high-priority or recurring positions • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Deliver a professional, timely, and high-touch experience for every candidate • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and engagement throughout the process • Communicate transparently and proactively to ensure clarity and consistency • Collect feedback to identify and address opportunities for process and experience improvement • Represent TriVista’s brand and values through professionalism, empathy, and collaboration • Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate satisfaction) • Recommend improvements to reduce time-to-fill and increase candidate quality • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm recruiting standards.
• Oversee the roadmap, enhancements, and operational management of the firm’s Salesforce platform and related enterprise applications • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical complexity, and organizational needs • Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning using Agile methodologies • Lead an enterprise applications Steering Committee to review priorities, guide governance, and align platform enhancements with the firm’s objectives • Ensure the platform effectively supports integrated processes spanning sales, operations, project delivery, and finance • Continuously evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to recommend strategic platform improvements • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, security, and data integrity • Build and maintain scalable configuration such as flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning features • Ensure proper documentation, testing, and change management for all platform updates • Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process improvements • Lead process mapping and optimization efforts, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities across the business • Provide training, troubleshooting, and support to enhance user adoption and platform effectiveness • Coordinate and manage external developers and contractors • Define scopes of work, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with platform standards • Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce support and third-party vendors
• Support all aspects of Due Diligence projects including project set up and kick off, data requests, data analysis, team logistics, site visits, and report generation • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to projects analysis including business process maps, enterprise resource diagrams, value stream maps, root cause analysis, pareto charts, etc. • Support future state planning of Digital and Technology operating models, IT cost synergy analysis, cybersecurity landscape analysis, and application modeling • Contribute to one or multiple workstreams for post-merger integrations, including IT infrastructure consolidation, data migration strategy, and organizational restructuring • Develop Digital and Technology project plans, tools, and templates • Collaborate with team members in the Digital & Technology Practice to ensure relevant and important project information is shared efficiently and effectively • Develop statistical models, analyze client data, and develop presentations • Support senior TriVista team members in all aspects of project assignments as required • Project management – development of Gantt charts, metrics, and expense tracking spreadsheets • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
